For Coaching Services

 

Bookings | Bookings are easy to do. Either make a booking via our webform, or contact us directly by phone or email.

Cancellation policy | We work in partnership with coaching clients; and therefore do not charge a cancellation fee. What we do ask is that at least 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, in consideration of others who are seeking help and can utilize that booking space, and for notifying coaches of changes in appointments. We appreciate your thoughtfulness on this and thank you in advance. 

Confidentiality and conduct | We work within the following membership standards; The International Coaches Federation - Australasian region (ICFA) code of ethics, The New Zealand Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming code of ethics and code of practice, and the New Zealand Association of Training and Development code of professional practice. Detailed copies are available upon request at the office. With regards to confidentiality and management of client information we adhere to the Privacy Act 1993. 

           

 

Days of practice | We are open Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. 

Discounts | Students, Senior Citizens and beneficiaries receive a 30% discount from the standard prices.

Location | We perform most of our services in the Auckland region, and do travel to other locations.
► Auckland - We are based on the North Shore, Auckland and run most coaching from there. From time to time we meet clients at specific locations, depending on accessibility and purpose. And, can work with clients over the phone or with Skype.  
► Other NZ locations - We regularly run a 2-day practice in the Hauraki Plains, Bay of Plenty and The Coromandal Peninsula. Contact us to find out when we are at these locations. We are available to work with clients outside of these areas also, and use either phone or Skype. Contact us for more information regarding these services and how they work. 

Payment:
► Method - We accept cash, personal or bank cheque, or via electronic transfer. We will provide particulars prior to services commencing. 
► Options - Payment plans are available for the IGNITION Coaching Programme and CANVAS Life Coaching Programme. Contact us to discuss these.  
► Invoices - Invoicing is available to individuals, sponsors and organisations.
