Meditation is a holistic discipline by which a person helps the mind and body get into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. This particular course provides you guided meditation that will teach you techniques to help relax then calm your entire system, and move yourself into a comfortable and peaceful state. Throughout the meditation you will be safely guided along a path that will leave you gaining balance, increasing clarity, feeling warm and revitalised.

Experienced meditators will gain the opportunity to re-engage their skills and have a deep relaxing meditation and explore the inner connection to themselves.
About the tutor | Maria Noone is a professional in the field of training and development, leadership, speaking, workplace and life coaching, Time Line Therapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Master Practitioner and trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Since 2004 Maria has practiced the discipline of meditation in groups and on her own, and has guided groups and individuals through meditation. This programme has been modeled on these experiences and her practice for the past six years, including teachings and insights gained, relaxation and breathing techniques, visualization and expanded awareness. Maria is now ready to pass on her skills and knowledge in this area, and welcomes you to join her on this path to experiencing inner calm.
