How to revive your life and ignite your instinct to be essentially you.

Regularly people may say, “Just be positive, and things will get better...”, "Accept it, that's just the way it is...", "Don't worry about it, move on...", "Take it on the chin and get over it...". But, how does one go about doing that when the underlying experience is quite different? IGNITION aims to take you on a journey of self discovery and support. You will find answers to questions that you have about what's happening in your life, and understand more about who you are and how you tick as a woman, friend, girlfriend, sister, daughter, mother, wife. You will find out how others who have good experiences in their lives go about creating that, and how you can do that too. By the end of this weekend you will remember ways in which to receive goodness in your life, and restore your energy in a healthy, freeing and abundant way.

Establish well formed outcomes that you can identify
and connect with, and are motivated to achieve. - Recognise your patterns of behaviour so you have more flexibility to make informed decisions on how to behave.
