IGNITION Coaching Programme

IGNITION Coaching

The programme that will spark your internal engine and revive your instinct to navigate better outcomes. 
 

It can be quite normal to hear people say, “Just be positive", "Get over it", "Move on", "Accept it", "Don't worry with it, that's just how things are". But, how does one go about doing that when the underlying experience has been quite different? And, what if you want something better than this? Every now and again we can find ourselves without motivation, tired, and at a loss about who we are and what we want. This programme helps you to revive your sense of self and ignite your zest for life.
 
The IGNITION Coaching programme works with you to show you behavioural techniques, and methods of thinking that are applied by people who have good experiences in their lives; and how they go about creating that. 


Outcomes of IGNITION |

  • Establish well formed outcomes that you can identify and connect with, and are motivated to achieve.
  • Recognise patterns of behaviour so you have more flexibility to make informed decisions on how to progress.
  • Determine past experiences from the present moment so you can take steps towards successful outcomes.
  • Authenticate what’s more important and focus on that and subsequently alleviate yourself from being triggered by the smallest stressors.
  • Determine the possibilities in situations so that you’re not stuck in a rut and can find alternate ways to achieve what you want.

  • Improve functional thinking and reduce the very thinking that delivers you the same unwanted results day in and day out.
  • Conduct oneself from a state of value so you can feel confidence in your choices and actions.
  • Find additional ways to engage in life so that your experiences can extend beyond what you think is possible for you.
